The spring season of 2014 has arrived at Land’s End. The recent rains and cooler temperatures this April are welcome relief from the winter time drought. The dogwoods and azaleas in the area have started to bloom, fishing on Lake Fork is picking up, and we are beginning to see a lot more golfers on The Links. Its a great time of the year to be living in East Texas.
Our website has a new look. We are eliminating The Anchor newsletter that previously appeared quarterly. News items that previously appeared in The Anchor now appear on these web pages in the form of Posts. Three categories of Posts appear below: HOA News, Community News, and News From The Links. Recent news is posted at the time it occurs, and you can view it by clicking on an individual post. Authors for the Posts are currently five residents who have volunteered to maintain the web site and keep the local news as current as possible.
If you click on the Governance tab at the top of the page you can meet the current Directors of the Land’s End HOA board. The Governance page also provides four links at the top left of the page that provide access to minutes of Board and Member meetings, the annual HOA budget, and the Deed Restrictions for the community.
Two other new tabs, at the top of each web page have also been added: Activities and Fire Dept. Click on them and you will find stories and content that previously appeared in The Anchor.
The new Divi theme chosen for this website contains many new features that allow our Land’s End story to be presented in an interesting and unique way. The About & Contact page provides links to contact the HOA about questions, news tips or issues.
